Product Features:
1. The equipment shell is made of 3-8mm thick steel plate bending and welding.
2. Side and front boxes are equipped with locks and sealed joints that can be opened for easy maintenance of internal equipment.
3. The top cover is equipped with a lock and key, which can be opened.
4. Install aluminum foldable fence on lever arm. The solid drive shaft of the drive lever arm is 50mm in diameter and fixed on 2 self-lubricating bearings. The shaft can be conveniently inverted to meet 4 models of equipment.
5. Mechatronics unit:
o three-phase asynchronous geared motor, which can be reversed to protect the internal mechanical structure from major damage when the lever arm is subjected to external force.
o Secondary gear-chain drive mechanism, when the lever arm is in the open/close limit position, ensure that it remains stable. Moreover, the electromagnetic brake ensures that the device maintains the lever arm in the stop position when the STOP command is received.

o Electronic torque limiter to ensure that the lever arm stops immediately when it hits an obstacle during the closing process.
