Financial Street Group's public construction projects of Daji Plot C and D are located in the southeast corner of Caishikou, Xicheng District. The two blocks are located to the east of Caishikou Street and adjacent to each other along the south side of Luoma Street. Blocks C and D are basically rectangular, and both blocks have cut corners at road intersections. Line 7, currently under construction, runs underground on Luoma Street on the north side of the two plots. The Caishikou subway station, which serves lines 4 and 7, is located west of the two blocks, at the junction of Luomashi Street and Caishikou Street. is 92.5 meters from east to west and 55 meters from north to south. The architectural outline of plot D is 94 meters east-west and 55 meters north-south. Buildings C and D are 17-storey buildings above the ground, with the first storey 5.0 meters high and the typical storey above 2 floors 3.90 meters high. C & D is connected into a whole basement with four floors underground and an equipment interlayer. The floors of B4, B3 and B2 are 3.7 meters high, and the floors of B1 are 4.65 meters (building c) and 3.9 meters (building d). B4 and B3 floors are partially six-level civil air defense basements, B1 is used as commercial functions, and other basements are mainly used as parking lots and machinery, electrical appliances and water supply and drainage equipment rooms. The roof of the basement in the area between buildings C and D is covered with 3 meters of soil.
